Nicholas E. Phillips
Nicholas E. PhillipsNicholas E. Phillips heads the litigation department of Phillips, Mille & Costabile Co., L.P.A.  He has practiced law for over thirty-five years.  He received his Bachelor of Arts from Kent State University in 1970 and his Juris Doctor from the University of Akron in 1973.  He has represented clients in civil and criminal jury trials and is actively engaged in managing the firm's cases where litigation is possible or where matters require the litigation process to achieve final resolution.  Mr. Phillips is experienced in the following types of litigation: medical malpractrice, products liability, personal injury, automobile crashes, wrongful death cases, injuries to minors, victims of crimes, industrial injuries, commercial litigation, collection actions, corporate disputes, contract disputes, construction claims, adminsitrative agency claims and other similar advocarial proceedings.

Dennis G. Mille

Dennis G. MilleDennis G. Mille heads the non-litigation department.  He received his Bachelor of Arts from Capital University in 1969, and his Juris Doctor cum laude from Capital's Law School in 1972.

Mr. Mille is a member of the American, Ohio, California, and Cleveland Bar Associations. He also holds membership in other associations including the National Association of Elder Law Attorneys and The Judge Advocates Association (life member). He is a Certified Elder Law Attorney.  Out of Ohio's nearly 35,000 attorneys,  approximately 14 are Certified as Elder Law Attorneys

Admitted to practice: Ohio Supreme Court, California Supreme Court (inactive), U.S. Supreme Court, U.S. District Court, Northern District of Ohio, Tax Court, U.S. Court of Appeals Federal Circuit, and the U.S. Court of Military Appeals.

Gregory S. Costabile
Gregory S. ConstabileGregory S. Costabile heads the Family Law, Municipal Law, and Mediation departments of Phillips Mille & Costabile.  He graduated cum laude from Bowling Green State University in 1989 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and he received his Juris Doctorate from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law in 1992.  Mr. Costabile has a diverse practice with an emphasis in family law issues, including but not limited to, divorce, dissolution, legal separation, child custody, visitation and support, business valuations, legal analysis and allocation of retirement and other financial accounts, pre-marital (ante nuptial) agreements, spousal support, tax issues, equitable allocation of assts and debts, issues involving children born out of wedlock, grandparent visitation rights, and complex litigation and appellate issues.  Mr. Costabile's practice also includes representation of clients with municipal law issues involving cities, villages, and townships, contract formation and enforcement, as well as, a variety of additional civil litigation matters.  As a Certified Mediator, Mr. Costabile is equipped with the training and ability to resolve a variety of disputes in a variety of areas in an efficient and cost effective manner.
