Terri R. Miller is the senior paralegal for the litigation department of Phillips, Mille & Costabile Co., L.P.A. She has over 23 years of experience in the litigation field and has been with the firm since its opening in 1992. She has assisted Nicholas E. Phillips, the firms head litigator, since 1985 in his areas of practice. Her current areas of specialty are personal injury, medical malpractice, and corporate litigation.
She received her certification in paralegal studies in 1991 from the Ohio Paralegal Institute. Ms. Millers’ community involvement includes being an active member and the team leader of the Strongsville Volunteer In Police Service Program and a volunteer coach with the Strongsville Recreational Department’s Soccer Program. She has also volunteered with the Strongsville Community Emergency Response Team. |

Rita E. Chapman is a graduate of the Clark College (Vancouver, Washington) Paralegal Program with Honors in 1994. She has worked in the legal field since 1988 and joined the firm in 1995. Her principal responsibilities are handling all decedent’s estates and trusts, including Federal and Ohio estate and income tax filings. Her secondary responsibilities include probate guardianships and drafting of Wills, Powers of Attorney, Health Care Powers of Attorney, Living Will Declarations, Deeds, and support for non-litigation matters, including notary services. |

Tammy M. Amos has been employed with Phillips, Mille & Costabile since 1994. She graduated from Cuyahoga Community College with an Associate of Applied Business with a concentration in Office Administration in 1996. She has provided support to Attorney Gregory S. Costabile and Attorney Phillip J. Henry in the areas of Domestic Relations, Juvenile Court, Civil and Criminal Litigation, Contracts, Collections, Court of Appeals and Municipal Law. Tammy is also a Notary Public. |
