 Martin S. McClelland graduated in 2002 from the Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science, and received his Juris Doctor from the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law in 2005. He is admitted to practice before all courts of the State of Ohio, as well as the Federal District Court for the Northern District of Ohio.
Mr. McClelland’s practice areas include civil and criminal litigation, transactional drafting, and estate planning. He also represents state agencies in the collection of debt through the Ohio Attorney General’s Special Counsel Program. Mr. McClelland is a member of the American Bar Association, Ohio State Bar Association, and Lawyers’ Guild of the Catholic Diocese of Cleveland.
