Monica M. Newell received her Juris Doctor from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law.  Her practice concentrates in the areas of elder law, Medicaid, wills, probate, guardianships, real estate, corporate planning, and taxation.

Ms. Newell graduated from Cleveland State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science.  She has prior experience in the corporate community as a consultant in the areas of healthcare, pensions administration and retirement planning.  She is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys.  Ms. Newell is active in the community by serving on The Board of Trustees at Altenheim Nursing Home.
