Dennis G. Mille

Dennis G. Mille is a Certified Elder Law Attorney providing legal advice for medicaid planning and applications, probate estates (decedents, guardianships and Will Contests), estate planning, asset protection planning, preparation of Wills, Powers of Attorney, Trusts, Health Care Powers of Attorney, and Living Wills. Additional services include real estate contracts, formation and operation of limited liability companies, limited partnerships, corporations and business succession planning.

Mr. Mille is active in the community by serving on the following boards and committees: Middleburg Heights Chamber of Commerce and for 17 years as a Southwest General Hospital Trustee. He provides free elder law advice to senior citizens at the Middleburg Heights Senior Center and the Strongsville Senior Center. Mr. Mille was a member of the Middleburg Heights Jaycees, Jaycee Foundation, and was awarded the honor of United States Jaycee Ambassador #2206. Mr. Mille is a retired Air Force Colonel and was the former Senior IMA Judge Advocate at Air Education and Training Command, Randolph Air Force Base, Texas. Upon retirement from the Air Force in 1999 he received a Legion of Merit Decoration.

Mr. Mille is a member of the American, Ohio, California, and Cleveland Bar Associations. He also holds membership in other associations including the National Association of Elder Law Attorneys (www.naela.org) and The Judge Advocates Association (life member). He is a Certified Elder Law Attorney by the National Elder Law Foundation (www.nelf.org) which is recognized by the Ohio Supreme Court Commission on Specialization. Out of Ohio’s nearly 40,000 attorneys, approximately 18 are Certified as Elder Law Attorneys.

Admitted to practice: Ohio Supreme Court, California Supreme Court (inactive), U.S. Supreme Court, U.S. District Court, Northern District of Ohio, Tax Court, U.S. Court of Appeals Federal Circuit, and the U.S. Court of Military Appeals.

He received his Bachelor of Arts from Capital University in 1969, and his Juris Doctor cum laude from Capital’s Law School in 1972.
