Phillip J. Henry is experienced in the following types of litigation: domestic relations, juvenile law, consumer protection, foreclosure, commercial litigation, collections, corporate disputes, criminal defense, appellate advocacy and also practices in the area of corporate law.

 Mr. Henry uses his years of experience in electronic discovery to assist his clients in achieving their desired results in civil, as well as criminal litigations.  This knowledge of electronically stored information, as well as his relations with computer forensics experts allows for a broader scope of discovery than would be obtained through merely requesting the documents.  Mr. Henry was nominated for a 2008 ESI Award, from Vestige, Ltd. (www.vestigeltd.com) which recognized achievements in discovery of Electronically Stored Information (“ESI”).  

 Mr. Henry is a member of the Ohio and Medina County Bar Associations.  Mr. Henry is an active member of St. Adalbert’s Church in Berea, a member of St. Adalbert’s Parish Council, and a member of the Grindstone Elementary School PTA.   

 Mr. Henry graduated from the University of Toledo in 1995 with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and his Juris Doctor in 1999 from the University of Akron.
