 Rita E. Chapman is a graduate of the Clark College (Vancouver, Washington) Paralegal Program with Honors in 1994. She has worked in the legal field since 1988 and joined the firm in 1995. Her principal responsibilities are handling all decedent’s estates and trusts, including Federal and Ohio estate and income tax filings. Her secondary responsibilities include probate guardianships and drafting of Wills, Powers of Attorney, Health Care Powers of Attorney, Living Will Declarations, Deeds, and support for non-litigation matters, including notary services.
