 Ms. Graves began working as a legal assistant in 1975. She worked with Mr. Phillips from 1987 through 1992 and rejoined Phillips & Mille in 2007 to assist in the collections department where she worked in support of Mr. Phillips' role as Special Counsel to the Ohio Attorney General in managing State of Ohio collection cases. Ms. Graves also is the producer for the firm-sponsored weekly radio broadcast, "The Advocate," heard on Cleveland radio station WHK, 1420 AM on Thursday evenings. She has also organized and managed the firm's CLE seminars.
